The Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle (PDI-P) firmly points at the names of officials suspected of violations in the merger and acquisition of Century Bank, in granting the short term liquidity support (FPJP) and the temporary capital (PMS), and in the fund disbursement.

Maruarar Sirait listed the institutions with violations, the violated regulations, and the officials that must take responsibility and be processed by the law. "PDI-P fraction states that there's a strong indication of violations against the laws on the policy and policy execution levels. There is indication of banking crime, general crime, money laundering, and corruption," he stated, Tuesday evening, at the House of Rep. building, Jakarta.

PDI-P stated that there must be accountability from certain institutions for the following issues: the merger and acquisition process, indications of violations against Bank Indonesia's (BI) regulations, and misuse of authority.

The responsible institutions are: Bank CIC's management, Century Bank's management, BI director of monitoring, Bi deputy governor, and BI governor.

For the indications of violations against BI internal regulations that led to the FPJP grant, the responsible parties are: BI deputy governor and BI governor; for the PMS grant: Committee for Financial Sector Stability (chief and members), the Coordinating Committee, the Deposit Insurance Agency (LPS), and BI (deputy governor and governor); for the corruption in the fund disbursement, general crime, money laundering, and banking crime: LPS, BI, Mutiara Bank's board of directors, BI deputy governor, and BI governor.

Finally the PDI-P fraction openly stated the names of the officials on those posts at that period.

"Stating that legal process must be done openly on the officials serving at that period," Maruarar continued, then listed: former BI governor Boediono, former Committee for Financial Sector Stability chief Sri Mulyani, BI board of governor member Miranda Goeltom, former BI director Sabar Anton Tarihoran, former BI senior deputy governor Anwar Nasution. former BI deputy governor Aulia Pohan, former BI governor Burhanuddin Abdullah.
